Agnes has served as the first woman Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Agricenter International, a 35 year old, not-for-profit. Her term ended June 30, 2015. She has served as president of the Memphis chapter of the American Society of Training & Development, president of Network of Memphis and president of the YWCA of Greater Memphis. She currently serves in advisory capacities of these organizations. She served on the Board of Directors for WONDERS, The International Cultural Series.
